SecruPro Pipeline Protection System provides leak detection and location utilizing flow meters and ultrasonic sensors.

The system logs data from the flow meters, pressure sensors, and ultrasonic sensors continuously into a database system. The real time data from the sensors detect the existence of a leak or loss of product from the pipe. This data combines with historic data to isolate the location of the loss within several meters.

Flow Meters & Leak Detection

The Flow Meters measure the quantity of fluid in and the quantity out. By comparing the in with the out, the system can make conclusions about fluid loss. The flow meters also perform other functions in terms of pressure and velocity, but from the standpoint of leak detection, the key is the in:out disparity.
